NoraEva accepts returns under 30 days of delivery. We only accept return if the product is damaged by the time of shipping. We don’t accept any returns for changing the mind.

The returned product must be in the same condition as it was during shipping. We don’t charge any restocking fee. You will only pay the return shipping cost.
