NoraEva ships products to Canada. We operate our business from MON-FRI. If anyone orders in the off day then the order will be processed in the next business day.

Most in-stock items are shipped within 1 business days, and will arrive in 3-5 business days after shipped. In the case an item is out of stock, you will be notified by email.

You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order is fulfilled. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to show movement.

Noraeva is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed delivered by tracking. The customer assumes all responsibility for any loss, or damage of these items.

Personalized orders may Take 2-6 weeks to ship. If you order other items in addition to a personalized item, they will all ship together.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or not delivered due to an insufficient or incorrect address or a full mailbox. If the package is returned to us you are responsible for the shipping cost to reship the merchandise.


From the day you or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier) take possession of the goods, you can return all items purchased in the NoraEva online store within 30 days.

Please send items by registered mail or parcel with acknowledgement of receipt to the address below, and keep any shipping documentation in case follow-up is required. You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your items.

Please note that all returned items must have their original packaging. This will protect and maintain the item in good condition during transport.

In order to continually improve our services and products, it is important to let us know why you are returning the item to us. Please complete the attached questionnaire and include it with your return. Please note that mail returns may take several days. Please allow a small amount of time to process your request.

The right of withdrawal excludes articles personalised in accordance with the customer’s specifications or explicitly made to measure (e.g. engraved articles). All engraved jewellery is intended for sale to final consumers and has been engraved in accordance with the customer’s instructions. NoraEva declines any responsibility for any error attributable to an instruction or specification transmitted by the customer.

In addition, we would like to point out that any item purchased should only be reviewed – comparable to trying in a real store. If the item is damaged as a result of a use other than the latter, we reserve the right to request compensation.


All NoraEva burn items can be purchased without engraving and later engraved. Attention: the engraving of your jewel at a later date of purchase can be carried out only in a NoraEva shop, and not by the returns service of the company.

Items with an engraving request that we receive in the returns department are immediately returned to their recipients.
